Plastisol Ink

Plastisol ink is the most popular form of screen printing. It is a thick and vibrant type of ink used to print designs on clothing. After printing, it's heated to make the ink stick to the fabric. This process ensures the designs stay bright and last a long time, even after washing the garment multiple times.

Water-base / Discharge Ink

The 2nd most popular form of printing. Water-Base and Discharge screen printing inks are eco-friendly options for printing designs on garments. Water-Base inks use water as a solvent, while Discharge inks remove the dye from the fabric, leaving a soft, natural feel. These inks result in prints that are breathable and comfortable to wear. They're ideal for achieving a softer hand feel and a more eco-conscious approach to garment printing. Both process can only be printed on 100% cotton or mostly Cotton garments. Using a poly / cotton mix results in a more vintage distressed print.

Puff Ink

A specialty screen printing process, the ink expands when heated, creating a raised, three-dimensional effect on the printed surface. This ink contains a blowing agent that causes it to expand and puff up when exposed to heat. It adds texture and dimension to designs, resulting in a unique and tactile finish on garments. Currently a popular style in Streetwear brands and businesses. Recommended for heavyweight tees or sweatshirts.
